Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to promote and sell an innovative technology product. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for a self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills who is comfortable managing their own outreach and meeting schedule.

This role is structured as an independent contractor position, offering a flexible schedule and the autonomy to manage your own work. The position requires the ability to travel for in-person meetings when needed.

Role Responsibilities


  • Identify and approach potential client organizations

  • Initiate contact and schedule meetings with decision-makers

  • Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations

  • Provide follow-up communication and handle inquiries

  • Participate in additional presentations when required

  • Report weekly on progress, outreach activity, and pipeline status

  • Maintain professional communication and conduct at all times


Compensation


  • Commission-based structure

  • 10% commission on first-year revenue from contracts sourced and closed independently

  • 5% commission on first-year revenue from contracts originating from company-provided leads

  • Commission payouts follow client payment schedules


Candidate Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in presenting technology-based solutions

  • Professional appearance and behavior

  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities

  • Persistence, discipline, and strong follow-up skills

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
